Just like the orders, contracts have different statuses.
When the contract is active:
Active: As its name indicates, its when the contract is active for the duration of the subscription or rental plan.
When the return process begins:
Once I've decided to end a contract and I've already clicked on "Finalize contract" and "Start return", the return process for the item begins.
These are the statuses you'll encounter:
Printed label: In this stage, the return label has been sent to the customer and the customer is ready to return the item.
IMPORTANT🚨: In this stage, I'm still able to edit or reactivate the contract.
In return: When the client returns the item to the logistics company.
In inspection: Once the item is returned to your company and it's being inspected at the warehouse.
Complete contract: When everything is correct you click on "End Contract". From this moment on, the contract is no longer active.
