In Items table and Items details we will able to see 3 different status to an Item.

These are the following in which an Item can be:

In this status, it means the Item is available to be assigned to a new customer and order.

When a contract finalizes, the Item will be available to reassign.

This status means when an item is in an order and that order has not been completed yet.

It's reserved for a certain customer inside an order until the contract activates.

When a contract is active, the Item is subscribed to the customer of that contract.

It will appear in this status until the contract finalizes.
