If you want to remove Selling Plan Groups from your products, you'll need to go to each product individually and remove it.
You have two options to remove a Selling Plan Group from a product: remove and manage options.
Remove
Go to your products page and select the product for which you'd like to remove the Selling Plan Group.
Inside the product, go to Purchase Options.
Next to the Selling Plan Group, select the Remove option and confirm you understand the consequences of this action.
Click on Remove from plan
Manage
Alongside the Remove option in the Selling Plan Group, you'll also see a Manage option.
With this one you'll be able to remove a single group or several groups in bulk from a product.
Go to your products page and select the product for which you'd like to remove the Selling Plan Group.
Inside the product, go to Purchase Options.
Next to the Selling Plan Group, select the Manage option.
Select the Selling Plan Groups you want to remove from this product.
Click on Remove plan
