How to manage your subscriptions in Shopify?

When a client subscribes to one of your products, this will create an order in your Orders page in Shopify and a subscription in the Subscriptions page in Sharpei Connect.

Subscriptions page

In the Subscriptions table you'll be able to see all the information related to all subscriptions made by your customers in the following columns:

  • Client's data (name, email)

  • Product to which the client is subscribed to (alongside number of items selected)

  • Starting day of the subscription

  • Delivery frequency

  • Total price

  • Next billing

You can also do actions from the table like cancelling subscriptions, as well as viewing a subscription individually by clicking on it.

Subscription information

Once you click on a subscription, you'll find an overview of it that includes the status, creation day, billing & delivery frequency, and the price of it. You'll also be able to see:

Items

You'll see the items the customer has subscribed to, alongside the price of the subscription purchase.

Related Orders

In related orders you'll find the Order the customer made and its status.

The View Order button will redirect you to the order in the Orders page of your account.

Related Billing Cycles

In here you'll be able to see the future billing cycles for that subscription

Pause Subscription

From inside a subscription you can also pause it by clicking on the button of 'Pause Subscription'

Cancel Subscription

You can cancel your subscription either from the table or from inside the subscription itself. You just need to click on the button of Cancel Subscription.

Once it's cancelled, you'll see the status of the subscription change:
