In order to manage your orders, go into the "Transactions" section of the platform and press "Orders". There you'll have access to all the information about the different rental requests from your customers.

You'll notice that at the right side of the "Orders" you'll be able to check the status of each of the orders you've received. If you click an Order, you'll see all the information about this one and then decide whether you want to Accept it or Decline it.
