The Connect Flow

Step 1 — Admin clicks Connect on the integration they want

Step 2 — A secure modal opens showing the provider's OAuth consent screen

Step 3 — Admin authorizes access (e.g., grants CRM read/write permissions)

Step 4 — Done. The connection is live. Sharpei securely stores and auto-refreshes credentials — they never touch your database or leave the secure vault.

From that point forward, any automation, workflow, or platform feature that uses that integration will work automatically.
