You can pause the subscription of a client by doing it from their subscription contract.
You’ll need to go to Sharpei Connect > Subscription Contracts and select the subscription you’d like to pause.
Inside the subscription you’ll find a 'Pause Subscription' button. Click on it to pause it.
To resume a paused subscription, you’ll need to go inside the subscription contract and hit the Resume Subscription button.
