You can cancel the subscription of a client by doing it from inside their subscription contract.

You’ll need to go to Sharpei Connect > Subscription Contracts and select the subscription you’d like to cancel

Inside the subscription you’ll find a 'Cancel Subscription' button. Click on it to cancel it.
