You can create subscription emails in your account using Shopify's marketing automations.

Marketing automations allows you to create custom automations by creating templates and workflows to send emails to your subscribers when specific milestones or actions have been met.

These automations will be created on Shopify's Flow app, so before anything, make sure you have it installed.

How to create an automation

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Marketing > Automations

1. Click on View templates in the upper right corner and then on Create custom automation

The following page will open for you to start creating the worfklow:

Click on Select a trigger

1. A new page will open where you can start creating the workflow. In the search engine enter the word subscriptions.

You will see all the triggers with which you can start the workflow.

A trigger is an event that starts the workflow, where it can be something that happens inside your store or in an application, such as Sharpei Connect.
