Contract Types

Equipment Lease Agreement

A lease arrangement where the lessee uses equipment for a fixed term with end-of-term options:

• Buyout — Purchase the equipment at residual value
• Return — Return the equipment at lease end
• Renew — Extend the lease for an additional term

Finance Agreement

A traditional financing arrangement where the borrower purchases equipment through installment payments and owns it upon completion.
