Portal AI (internal assistant)

Portal AI is the chat on the home screen and the floating chat widget available on every page. It helps your team answer questions about the intake pipeline, generate quotes for customers, and pull quick insights without having to navigate around.

Quick Actions

The home view shows one-click actions that kick off common tasks:

• Generate a new lease quote — Builds a lease quote with configurable term, residual, and add-ons
• Generate a renewal / EoT quote — Builds an end-of-term offer (buyout, return, or renew) for an existing deal

Insight Prompts

Alongside the actions are pre-built prompts the AI can answer against your connected data:

• Pipeline status — What's in draft, incomplete, ready, or sent
• Vendor performance — Which vendors are driving the most volume and which ones stall out
• Risk & delinquency — When your LOS and payment systems are connected, the AI can surface flags from those sources
• Portfolio KPIs — Summary numbers pulled from your connected CRM and LOS

You can also just ask — the input at the top accepts any natural-language question about your pipeline, applications, vendors, or connected data.
